Victoria serves as the Director of Learning Technologies at ATDSFL, where she founded the AI Workgroup. In this role, she designs and leads workshops that enable talent development professionals, professors, graduate students, and instructional designers to responsibly apply GenAI to real-world projects and integrate it into organizational workflows.
She is currently a doctoral candidate whose research examines the integration of GenAI into the computer science classroom. Beyond her dissertation, her research focuses on designing accessible AI learning experiences and promoting ethical and responsible GenAI use in education.
With a background in web development and computer science instruction, she has published scholarly work on CS and GenAI education and has presented at academic conferences in the US and abroad.
Outside of her professional and academic work, Victoria is an avid traveler who has visited over 60 cities across Europe and South America.
